When you place an order:

• Name, shipping/billing address, phone number, email
• Payment details (processed securely via Stripe or PayPal)
• Order details

Why? To process and deliver your order, send updates, and provide customer support if needed.

 

When you sign up for emails or use the contact form:

Why? To send you news about new collections (only if you subscribe) or respond to your messages.

Payments

We process payments through WooPayments and Stripe, both of which ensure secure transactions using industry-standard encryption.

When you place an order, your payment details are handled securely through these providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

WooPayments is powered by Stripe, and both operate under Stripe’s strict data protection practices.
